The hotel was excellent with respect to its five star facilities, cleanliness, fantastic bathrooms & very centrally located ,close to the Ginza area. Right next to the hotel there is a Family mart and Lawson department store diagonally opposite it which made it very convenient for picking up mineral water , breakfast on the go and for us to grab a quick bite after a late night arrival into Tokyo. Also around the corner is a McDonalds and 7-Eleven ! The hotels location is a great place to use as base to explore Tokyo in all directions as it is very central and we got around with Taxis very easily to explore the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly and were easy to converse with in English. We had a great stay and definitely want to go back !

The airport limousine bus stops directly outside the hotel and makes it very convenient from Narita Airport and to Narita Airport. The B1 of the hotel also links directly to the train station. The Hotel is also close to many eateries including Ichiran which is about less than 5 mins walk away. Rooms are spacious and all toiletries are provided. Our room has a nice view of Tokyo Towe. All hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Everything except the big lie from BOOKING.COM that it charged extra for picking me up from the airport. I had waited for two hours in the airport without any communication and I finally took train all by myself. I will never use booking.com. I will inform my friends also not to use booking.com as it's a big time cheating website. Please get better life by doing honest job. Hate booking.com

Loved the hotel which met our expectations for a great room size. Location right at Shimbashi station was excellent and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and worked well, and the beds were very comfortable in the firm Asian way. The hotel left my wife a lovely bowl of flowers as it was her 70th birthday trip, which was much appreciated.
