The hotel was excellent with respect to its five star facilities, cleanliness, fantastic bathrooms & very centrally located ,close to the Ginza area. Right next to the hotel there is a Family mart and Lawson department store diagonally opposite it which made it very convenient for picking up mineral water , breakfast on the go and for us to grab a quick bite after a late night arrival into Tokyo. Also around the corner is a McDonalds and 7-Eleven ! The hotels location is a great place to use as base to explore Tokyo in all directions as it is very central and we got around with Taxis very easily to explore the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly and were easy to converse with in English. We had a great stay and definitely want to go back !

The best hotel you could possibly stay at in Tokyo! Amidst all the modernity, this classic, well-maintained hotel stands out with its exceptional hospitality. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Shimbashi Station, convenience stores, restaurants, and the ever-popular Don Quijote. The rooms are incredibly spacious—a rare find in Tokyo! There are even more highlights: in-room massage services (pay extra), a direct airport limousine bus to Narita Airport (pay extra), and several restaurants within the building (though we chose to explore dining options elsewhere). This hotel truly has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. It’s the perfect choice for your final stop before flying out of Tokyo!

Before our stay, we made several phone calls and even visited in person to communicate our needs, but upon checking in, the arrangements were not as promised. We were very fortunate that Shogo Nakajima intervened to help resolve the situation. Without his assistance, we would have seriously considered switching hotels. He was patient and efficient, and he even arranged for the porter to show us both room options before we completed the check-in process. We would like to extend a special thank you to Shogo Nakajima for his excellent service, as well as to the porter whose name we unfortunately did not catch.

The location of the hotel was excellent, a 2 minute walk from the Shimbashi station and the Yamanote line. A nice walk up to Ginza and the shopping district, and only a short train ride to most of the main tourist spots in Tokyo. The rooms were enormous, with enough space to put a huge amount of luggage (including souvenirs and snacks!!), the beds were comfortable and the amenities were all great. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind as well, so overall a fantastic experience.

Loved the hotel which met our expectations for a great room size. Location right at Shimbashi station was excellent and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and worked well, and the beds were very comfortable in the firm Asian way. The hotel left my wife a lovely bowl of flowers as it was her 70th birthday trip, which was much appreciated.
